It all began over twelve years ago with Bekir. Initially, he assisted relatives with their hair transplantation journeys in Turkey. He identified the best practitioners, analyzed techniques, observed results, and ensured rigorous follow-up before and after each intervention. Very quickly, trust was established, and the results spoke for themselves. What started as help soon became a true vocation. Thanks to his dual Belgian-Turkish culture, Bekir precisely understands the expectations of international patients: safety, transparency, natural results, and human support.

The meeting with Nicolas gave the project its Brazilian and international dimension. With solid experience in developing projects abroad, particularly in the cosmetics and food supplements sectors, Nicolas brings a strategic, structured, and long-term oriented vision. Accustomed to multicultural environments and demanding markets, he ensures the overall coherence of the project, adherence to quality standards, brand image, and the construction of an ethical, sustainable, and evolving model.

Around this founding base, a committed and complementary team was formed. Justine supports Zynea's development with her expertise in social media, sales networks, and digital customer relations, helping to create a direct, transparent, and trusting link with patients. Victor brings his technological skills, essential for the performance of tools, user experience, and continuous innovation of the Zynea platform. François, with his technical-medical knowledge, provides invaluable technical support in exchanges with people wishing to deepen their understanding of the care and pathways offered. Selim, enriched by long experience in the field of dental and hair aesthetics, an expert in reception and coordination, ensures the overall quality of the medical stay and the comfort of patients throughout their care. Alongside them, a dedicated technical and commercial team guarantees the fluidity, follow-up, and excellence of each patient's journey.
