Zynea Clinic is a Turkish company specialised in organising and coordinating premium care pathways for an international clientele. For each patient, the company designs a tailor-made programme bringing together a team of practitioners and a partner healthcare establishment selected according to the planned procedure, as well as all of the ancillary services for the stay: personalised welcome, accommodation, private transfers and dedicated multilingual support.

The areas of activity covered by Zynea Clinic are:

• hair transplantation, mainly using the FUE Sapphire and DHI techniques;
• dental surgery (implantology, prosthetics, smile aesthetics);
• aesthetic medicine and surgery.

Important — Legal clarification: Zynea Clinic is not itself a healthcare establishment and does not perform any medical procedure of its own. Consultations, procedures and care are carried out exclusively within partner healthcare establishments, legally independent, duly authorised by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye (T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı) and placed under the supervision of the competent Provincial Health Directorates (İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü). The identity of the selected partner establishment, its operating authorisation number, as well as the identity of the responsible doctor (Mesul Müdür) and that of the practitioner involved are communicated to the patient prior to signing the care contract.

The company's activity is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Türkiye and is subject to Turkish law. Zynea Clinic is registered in the Istanbul Commercial Register under the activity code “Other reservation services and related activities” (Başka yerde sınıflandırılmamış diğer rezervasyon hizmetleri ve ilgili faaliyetler) and notably carries out, in accordance with its corporate purpose, advisory, coordination and organisation services of care pathways for international patients.

As such, the company is placed under the supervision of:

• the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye (T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı) in respect of its registration with the commercial register;
• the sectoral authorities competent for stay-organisation and medical-coordination activities.

The partner healthcare establishments remain, for their part, placed under the sole supervision of the Ministry of Health and their respective Provincial Health Directorates.

The content of the Site is made available for information purposes only. It does not constitute a commercial solicitation or a promise of therapeutic outcome. The medical information appearing on the Site is of a general nature and cannot replace an individual medical consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Zynea Clinic supports patients residing in Türkiye as well as abroad. The Site is likely to be consulted from all countries worldwide and is available in several languages. Medical procedures are provided exclusively on the premises of partner healthcare establishments located in Türkiye, subject to Turkish law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers under the law of their habitual residence.

All elements comprising the Site — including without limitation texts, photographs, illustrations, videos, logos, trademarks, graphic charter, database and source code — are the exclusive property of ZYNEA CILINIC SAÇ EKİMİ SAĞLIK TURİZM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or are the subject of a use authorisation in its favour. These elements are protected by Turkish and international laws relating to intellectual property, in particular Law no. 5846 on intellectual and artistic works (Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu).

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation of all or part of the elements of the Site, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the publisher. Any unauthorised use engages the civil and criminal liability of its author.

The “Zynea Clinic” trademark and its associated logo are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised reproduction constitutes counterfeiting.

The publisher attaches the greatest importance to the confidentiality and security of the personal data of users and patients. The processing of data is carried out in accordance with:

Main processing purposes:

• coordination of appointments and referral to the partner healthcare establishment suited to the patient's request;
• transmission of the information necessary to the chosen establishment and practitioner, subject to the patient's express consent for health data;
• performance of the organisation and coordination contract, billing and accounting obligations;
• organisation of ancillary services linked to the stay (accommodation, transfers, interpreting);
• compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (legal archiving of contracts, accounting);
• improvement of the Site and audience measurement;
• sending, subject to your consent, of communications relating to Zynea Clinic's services.

Retention period: data are kept for the duration necessary for the purpose pursued, then archived in accordance with applicable legal retention periods. The medical records themselves are kept and archived directly by the partner healthcare establishments, in accordance with their own regulatory obligations.

Your rights: you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, send your request together with an identity document to kvkk@zyneaclinic.org or by postal mail to the registered office.

Complaint: in case of difficulty, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish data protection authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu — KVKK) or, if you reside in the European Union, with the competent supervisory authority of your country.
